Position Overview

Join our dynamic team at Open Up Media as a Senior UX/UI Designer and play a crucial role in shaping user experiences across our digital platforms. As a key member of our design team, you will have the opportunity to lead projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive innovation in our products.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design process from conception to execution, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience for our digital platforms.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define user requirements and translate them into elegant and functional designs.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions and iterate on designs based on user feedback and data insights.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design ideas and gather feedback from stakeholders and users.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX/UI design, and advocate for their integration into our design processes.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth within the design team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process, problem-solving skills, and ability to deliver high-quality designs.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
• Experience with conducting user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and explain design ideas to stakeholders and team members.
• Experience leading design projects and mentoring junior designers is a plus.
• Passion for creating exceptional user experiences and driving innovation in digital products.
